1. Introduction

Chong Cheong Foundry Works Pte Ltd ("CC", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you visit our website, send us an enquiry, or otherwise deal with us. 

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). By using our website or giving us your personal data, you agree to the practices described in this policy. 

Who we are: Chong Cheong Foundry Works Pte Ltd, 2 Benoi Crescent, Singapore 629969. We are part of the Ecoplus Group. 

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you give us directly, such as when you fill in our enquiry, quote or service forms, subscribe to our updates, email, call or WhatsApp us. This may include: 

  • Your name and job title
  • Company name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Details of your enquiry, including drawings, bills of quantities (BQs) or other files you upload 


When you browse our website, we may also collect technical data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time spent on the site (see Section 6 on cookies).

We do not ask for sensitive data such as NRIC numbers through our website. Please do not send us such information unless we specifically request it for a legitimate business purpose.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to: 

  • Respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations 
  • Process and deliver orders, fabrication and other services 
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service 
  • Manage our customer relationship and records, including in our CRM system
  • Send you product updates, new arrivals and news, where you have agreed to receive them 
  • Improve our website, products and services 
  • Meet our legal, regulatory and audit obligations 


We will only use your personal data for these purposes, or for other purposes we tell you about and which you agree to.

4. Consent & Withdrawal

By submitting your personal data to us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing it for the purposes in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (Section 10). We will process your request within a reasonable time. Please note that if you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue responding to your enquiry or providing our products and services to you.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with: 

  • Ecoplus Group companies, where needed to serve your enquiry or order 
  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as website and CRM hosting (Odoo), IT support, email and delivery partners
  • Suppliers and brand principals, where needed to fulfil your order or provide technical support
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights

These parties may only use your personal data for the purposes we engage them for.

6. Cookies & Website Analytics 

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. They help the website work properly, remember your preferences, and show us how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We may use analytics tools such as Odoo website analytics or Google Analytics] for this. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the website may not work properly if you do. 

7. Protecting and Keeping Your Personal Data 

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, loss or damage. These include access controls, password protection and secure hosting. However, no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law or for business records. When it is no longer needed, we will delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, find out how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct any errors. Please send your request to our Data Protection Officer (Section 10).

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. We may need to verify your identity first, and may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, which we will tell you about in advance.

9. Marketing, Third-Party Links and Changes

Marketing messages: we will only send you product updates and news if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. We will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear consent. 

Third-party links: our website may link to other websites, such as our social media pages or partner brands. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your personal data, so please read their privacy policies. 

Changes to this policy: we may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
