When to Use PU Coating & Lining

• PU coating (outside): for pipelines buried in very aggressive soil, such as soil with pH below 6 and a high reserve of acidity (BS EN 545:2010, Annex D2.1).
• PU lining (inside): for aggressive conditions and industrial effluents where cement mortar lining is not suitable, from pH 1 to pH 13 (BS EN 15655-1:2018, Annex B.3).
• Suitable for all types of water and domestic effluents, and most types of industrial effluents.
• The smooth PU lining allows laminar flow, reducing turbulence, drag and frictional loss.
• PU coating has strong mechanical strength and is hard to damage during handling and installation.
